Quote day.

It's one of my most favorite days! Monday..(: NOT. Mondays are not my favorite, but starting it off with a quote one of my favorite things make it so much better. I love this quote. It makes me think about all of the little things in life we have been blessed with. And it also reminds me to remember my full potential in life. I am so grateful for all of the little things and sometimes take them for granted. So here's a quote to remind you to notice the little things & chase after your dreams.

The Book of Mormon

Over the summer for young women's, we did a summer of seeking. We walked to the temple (which I couldn't attend, and I was very upset) We attended the temple ever Wednesdays and that was a lot of fun! And the last thing we did was read the scriptures through out the whole summer and finish it. And for my Personal Progress I had to just read the book of Mormon and then I was done. And I have been aspiring to do this for almost a year now. And I would like to announce that on August 26, 2011 I Savanna Henry have finished the Book of Mormon! Yay! Happy Day! (:

I am so grateful for this opportunity that I had over the summer. And I know it to be true. I am so grateful for Joseph Smith and how brave he was. And how he got the Book of Mormon translated for us to read now and to learn from it. I am so grateful for my Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ. I know he loves me and I love him. 

My Best Friend.

Let  me tell you about my best friend; Julisa Adele Fielding. She is a year and a half older than me but two grades a head. She has the most beautifulest long dirty blonde hair. (I secretly want it.) She is so talented in everything she tries. She rarely let's fear get in the way of doing what she truly wants. She will never complain about anything even if she really doesn't want to do it. She is an amazing volleyball player! I idolize her. (She's the whole reason I started in the first place). She is an amazing harp player. She loves to do art and is quite amazing at that too. (: She ALWAYS knows how to lift you up when you are down. She may have bad things come her way but she never lets that get her down. She has an amazing spirit and testimony. (ask her to share it with you if you ever get the chance). She is the best listener I have ever met. When we are together we are inseparable. We love to shop it's all we do when we are together. We will some day visit Paris together! It's our dream. We love to talk about our future weddings and just our futures out together. We LOVE to talk about boys..And we love watching scary movies together. I am so proud and great full for the blessing is she to me. Even though we are in two different states it always feels that she is just next door. We talk constantly. I love her with all of my heart and am so great-full to call her my cousin, sister, and Best Friend.

It's Monday! And tomorrow I will be heading to a place I have never been too..HIGH SCHOOL. I'll admit it..I'm terrified! So with the new school year ringing in heres a poem/quote I found.

I love this place! This year we got the pass of all passes. Thinking that we would go a least once a week. I went twice all summer. The second time just this past wednesday the 17th. We went with a bunch of families from my ward. I loved every minute of it. I love being with all of my ward! Such a fun day! (:

This post should have been done a little bit ago but I haven't had a lot of free time. But a couple weeks my cousins and their two kids came down for my cousin Kryssi's birthday. I love their two kids. Their oldest boy who just turned three is my best bud. (: We hung out a lot and he can't really pronounce my name so he calls my Banana. And their baby girl Mckinley is my baby girl!(: I love her. We had so a fun weekend with them. We went shopping, bowling, got pedicures (they are amazing by the way!), and just had a great time!

In my last post I mentioned that I live on quotes. I decided that every monday to start off the week I will share a quote with how I'm feeling. Today practically ALL day I cleaned my room. Yay! Huge success! I cleaned up all my clothes, under my bed, my closet, my drawers, and shelves. I am feeling so accomplished! So here's my quote for the week:

Just Me

I decided to do a blog for a journal. I can't keep a regular journal on my own, so hopefully this will help me keep a journal. I guess my first post will just be a little bit about me. I am an average teen girl. Shopping is what I could do 24/7. I love it! I have a the best of best friends. Julisa Adele Fielding. We are basically twins in every way. I am going into the 10th grade. I like to think that I'm not obsessed with my phone, but some would disagree. I love my family. And extended just as much. Clothes are one my favorite things to buy. (: I love being with friends; but hate all the drama some can bring. I played on the high school volleyball team last year, but not this one. I love the color orange (hence the title). I can't stand not having my toes painted. I am very self conscious about my hair; I can't stand it being down and my natural curl. I love going to young women's. It's where I become who I really am. I live by quotes. I can't keep my room clean longer than a few days. But I know where everything is in it. I have great, pestering, annoying, loving, caring, younger siblings; Kayden & Kennedy. My main goal in life is to make sure others are happy and satisfied first, than worrying about myself. And this is Just Me.
